Cant sync ispend to my 3g iphone

I just bought ispend on itunes store but it doesnt want to go into my iphone. I have the 3.0 firmware version meanwhile the requirement is 2.2.1 or later. I need help cos i just paid fortune for it. please someone bail me out...

The 3.0 software is not officially released yet, so it is likely that the app store in your beta version is not working properly or not enabled yet. What does the appstore support say?
