When i try to upgrade I get the message that the upgrade is not for the discounted price but I paid full price. What can i do to get te upgrade.

I don't understand how that is possible. You must contact the AppStore, since upgrades are always available for apps, no matter what happens with the price. Developers have been clamoring for some way to charge for upgrades, so that existing users can get a discount on a new app version, but it hasn't happened yet.
