I am considering to migrate from HourzPro in Palm to a similar kind of app for iPhone 3G. HourzPro has shown to be an absolutely ideal software for my needs, both in recording consultant's time and car usage. PocketPunchclock and iSpend seem to be the first thinkable replacements to the old faithful after browsing more than 13 apps of this category in iPhone App Store. Please, take a close look at the very practical features of HourzPro if not yet done.
My question is related to the use of iSpend for fulfilling the requirements of our tax authority on the reporting of car usage. The following set of information is required for each trip: date, start time, stop time, odometer start, odometer end (and distance calculated either in iSpend or a spreadsheet), route, reason of trip. In addition, the parking fees are needed for the accounting and reimbursement. In the iSpend documentation I do not see the possibility to let the times and odometer readings to be included in the report. Is this right?
I wish you to keep on with the development of these two very promising apps.
