Would like to know if you could allow entering data for previous days on time clock if you started in the middle of the week :?:

You should be able to enter or change time periods to begin or end whenever you want, midweek, 4 years ago, 3 months from now, anything you want. There is no limit.

Simple instruction:
press start then stop in the main punchclock page
touch the 'shifts' button in the upper right corner
select the shift you just created
touch the start or end time to set the time and date.

Complete docs are here:

Thanks for help.. I went in and edited the time sheet for yesterday. That went well. My time clock don't pay us on the hundred's of minutes. Is there a setting to cancel calculations on hundred's of a minute for some types of time clocks? I getting the hang of things and I'd really like to use this application. Thanks for the help and I'll download the manual. Gary

There are settings for the time format in the iPunchclock section of your iphone settings app.
